Let this distraction go. Obama is taking the country off a financial clift - that is where our focus should be

I thought only the Dems got confused by *distractions* and that only folks like Obama can't handle more than one thing at a time. <g>

This is a battle on more than one front. It's unnecessary to lay down on one issue so that another can be addressed at some other time.

The issues actually converge here because there are likely to be constitutional issues raised over some of the Obama financial actions, like interfering with contracts. The USSC is bound to get involved in some way.

Besides, we need to raise awareness of Obama foibles on the part of the general public. There will be publicity attendant on the confirmation hearings and there is no reason not to have visibility.

It's all connected. Best way towards recovery is limited government. Obama's direction is the opposite - to make government ever more powerful and let it stick its nose into every detail. Justices like this new candidate are his chance at "packing the Court" - something FDR threatened to do if intimidation wouldn't work.
