She made decisions in 380 cases and 3 of them were reversed. That is a reversal rate of less than 1

Ken, the Supreme Court takes less than 100 cases each term. A denial of certiorari is not the same as affirming the Court of Appeals' decision.

You are not making a valid comparison. The valid analysis is to look at the number of cases the Supreme Court accepted for review compared with the number of those cases in which SCOTUS reversed her decision She's hitting 60% reversal rate with the cases accepted for review.

A patently dishonest claim, Kenny boy...you ought to be ashamed of yourself....

Kenneth

Yes, she made decisions in a number of cases at the local New York Southern District level.

Of those that were appealed and went to the United States Supreme Court 60% were overruled by the Supreme Court.

She lost 3 out of 5 that went to the Supreme Court.

3 divided by 5 = 60%

Got it?

Ken, apparently your myopic political views have become tedious for a number of posters. Try your best to be at least slightly objective about Obomination's ridiculous policies - or other forum participants will get relief from their extreme boredom with your current posts. Give it a go!! - you can relieve the pressure of those political blinders for a few days, simply take off the blindfold and widely open your eyes.
