There supporters inside the operation probably told them when and how to hit.

These Pak Taliban are limited by tribal concerns. When they come down from the Northwest hills to hit the mainstream Paks, they get taken out. This pattern has gone on for centuries.

This is broiling down to a Pakistani civil war. Lahore is in the heart of Punjab, and the heart of the Army. This is shaping up to be Pashtun v. Punjabi.
