"Dear Leader" is more then half-dead now (after his stroke), and hasn't been seen in public for ages. N.K. 'shot it's wad', and is trying to run a con/extortion game on the rest of the world so that Dear Leader's puke son can win the headman mantle (over all the N.K. military competition that threatens his assention to the throne...) It won't work --- the world (including their only allies China and Russia) are losing all patience for them, and the N.K. leadership is day-by-day getting ever weaker. This is the end of the beginning of the end for the Dynasty.
