The software has alot of problems. I see alot of records from this sort of setup printing out the records with the date of printing, rather than the date entered, on the record. Real mess.

Also, some of the software tends to populate all records with any entries for medical conditions. So when the records custodian prints them out, the medical conditions are populated into records that were written before the medical conditions existed. That doesn't matter much until some insurance adjuster is looking at your records for pre-existing conditions to deny you coverage!
