If there were any way of doing so, it would have been done by now. His teleprompter joke is nothing compared to some of his other gaffes. I think Biden really believes that he somehow important. Remember prior to be selected as VP, he told Obama he wanted to be consulted on every decision. LOL

A. It was an ad lib, always bad news for that guy.
