Obviously i didnt mean NK troops here. But hitler and then stalin both had designs on world domination and for stalin, NK was at point in asia. In your world we really dont need a foreign policy at all. When the going gets difficult you want out. Now i agree with your point on being beware of overinvolvement but not non-involvement. Give me a break--meet me half way.
