Greenies will be able to understand the slogan "Paint it white" so they'll be all for it. Complex things are beyond them, so simple slogans are what's required. But they should remember the slogan, "Don't let a slogan do your thinking for you". They'll require catalytic converters and particle traps to be taken off diesel vehicles so they spray soot everywhere making the surfaces black, to absorb heat and melt the snow. They'll require fuels to include heavy ends to ensure good production of sooty goop. Mqurice
