Why is that surprising to you? After all, the AP is a major wire source for news.

Let me explain. It means there is no interes on part of any arm of liberal media to do any independent reporting on the story. They are only willing to spend pennies on the AP story.

Compare that to 100s of hours and hours of on air time untold number of articles, blogs and editorials spent in order to destroy Palin (using this story).
