So you're blaming the "Rs" for Pelosi and Reid's collective stupidity?

That's not what I said. What I said was it would not be surprising to me that neither are implementing "change you can believe in". Dealing with the caliber of Rs in Congress doesn't allow for change......unless its reactionary change.
