can tax serfs and sheeple retaliate swiftly? Or the only resource at their disposal would be just bend over and face their doom? Don't you think, that pressing people hard enough, even sheeple and serfs, collectively known as the nation, would not, one fine day, force them to raise against the constituted powers of the state, a.k.a officialdom, and inflict violence to collect their pesos, turning that into a completely different country? Would that action be called the dark interregnum? Biblical?
