I don't think these people have the slightest clue as to what is required to develop a missile deliverable nuclear weapon. Pakistan worked for decades and made several tests before they could do it even with Chinese help. NK doesn't have that kind of money, people and help that Pakistan did. So if they ever develop a nuclear tipped missile, it won't be any kind of "soon"...

Don't be a fool.

NK doesn't have to reinvent the wheel. Just as NK was able to benefit from knowledge of AQ Khan.

I think your knowledge of this subject is exceptionally weak, and in addition, you are very naive.

Now, they may be a few years from getting it done. But there is little doubt where they're headed. It would be utterly stupid to assume that they can't do it within, for example, a decade. And then what?

Furthermore, the primary threat may not be from missile delivery. We know, for example, they are working with Iran, Syria, Hezbollah, and others. We don't know to what extent.

It is just totally incompetent to disregard the potential threat from the Axis of Evil. Even Obama isn't that stupid.
