Assuming that he doesn't, and only a dumbass would assume that, there is also China and Russia in the mix. Neither of whom would sit on the sidelines and watch.

In response to a nuclear attack on US, of course. On S. Korea or Japan, maybe not, and good on HIM. But N. Korea would be flattened in any case, probably conventionally.
