Well true... sort of. Where is Seoul located and how much NK artillery is zeroed in on it. It's a question of damage. The South Koreans could probably take over NK with military force without the US if the Chinese didn't interfere. But the cost would be expensive. Now NK has nukes and a way to deliver... sort of. Upper Volta with rockets. My guess is that the Chinese have encouraged NK in order to "help" nudge NK back into their cage. Course, maybe Nk is now going rogue...
