Too funny. We all have higher level platforms, and NONE OF THEM provide L2 for pinks. You cannot even pay for them. You notice that he did not volunteer to tell us where you can get this said platform?

LMAO

The only thing that it could be would be L3, but then he still does not know how it works, AND STILL he would have big issues if he had L3 posting negative bash on the threads.

Oh, I know, maybe his dad is a market maker, and he is just sitting in his office!

Geesh.

To whom it may concern,

so it seems that there is, and has been for some time, a "crew" of individuals working in concert to pump and promote their agendas on the Labwire (LBWR) thread of Raging Bull.com. Let me take the time to address each of those promotions.

#1. On the most childish of levels, this crew likes to call names to anyone that opposes their ideas or their particular "promotion". To that approach I say that it is on a first grade level. Anyone employing this tactic must not have the ability to think at a higher, and can only be viewed as extremely immature, and an attempt to frustrate and drive away anyone above a first grade education.

I believe that anyone that lowers themselves to the level of name calling is obviously exhibiting narcissistic tendencies as they apparently lack empathy.

Also, to make matters even worst, these same individuals have the attitude that "my name calling is ok, by yours is not" when the approach is reciprocated to them. That can only make the impartial reader conclude that the poster themselves are not only narcissistic, but hypocritical as well.

#2. This same crew likes to work in collusion to attack this stock and those that post opinions about the stock. Common tactics they use are to take postings out of context. They like to take "negatives" and post and repost them over and over. They never admit any kind of "positive" in any respect, and they like to make price predictions time and again of the stock falling, and ultimately "going to .0001".

To those individuals I would like to point to 10(b)-5, which a broad regulation that covers manipulative activity. In my opinion the SEC should be (and may already be) taking a hard look at this group since they are obviously working together to manipulate this stock downward. They have used lower and lower price projections time and again, so thus made their intent very clear. Evidence of the repeated price points can be found here on RagingBull and also on this blog.

theworm06.blogspot.com

Further evidence can be seen in that several members of this "crew" have taken to using multiple aliases in the attempt to bring down the price of this stock.

The motives of the individuals that are working together is still obscure. It's not clear if the intent is for the purpose of accumulation, or if it's to work with an attempt to short the stock, or if it is just some kind of narcissistic game. Who really knows. The only thing that is 100% clear is that they are working together, they are persistently posting negative propaganda, they are making negative price projections, and they are attacking all individuals that post information that may be viewed in a "positive" light.

And on that note, in an attempt to "shut posters up", they repeated name call in the obvious attempt to push their agenda that "my promotion is ok, but yours is not" - which is obviously extremely hypocritical, but they don't seem to mind.

#3. This crew quite often resorts to threats of lawsuits, and threats of action by the SEC. These angry threats also in line with a narcissistic personality disorder. As described here:

en.wikipedia.org

At first glance it appears that this crew might be just a band of people that share a narcissistic personality disorder, then again it may not be. If they are in fact sick with NPD then I sure hope they get the help they need. If they are NOT sick with NPD, and instead are getting paid in one form or another for their manipulative postings using blogs, message boards, negative price projections, and multiple aliases, then they many need a completely different kind of "therapy".

Either way, I am sure their their persistent activity in LBWR stock is bound to get noticed sooner or later. Especially since it is quite clear that Labwire and it's management have established a relationship with the SEC since many SEC filings exist when they are not compelled in way to do so.

sec.gov

Nineteen different submissions to the SEC. One would have to think that the SEC and Labwire know each other pretty well at this point. I suffice to say that I seriously doubt the SEC believes that the kinda of negative attack on this company is warranted in line with all of the information that Labwire has voluntarily submitted to the agency.

That is why I think that those with the obvious concerted attempt to bring this stock to the level of their projections, should realize that they are manipulating a stock that is fully audited, and working hand in hand with the SEC on a weekly basis. In that light the SEC may tend to think that LBWR is a viable company, and that there could be very good reason or reasons why a group or "crew" might want to work together to bring the price down to ".0001" or ".005" - since that seem to be the most prevalent projections on the record.

So, in close let me say that I do not intend upon "fighting" with this "crew" in their terms any further. I am not going to lower myself to personal attacks, or discrediting their opinions, or making threats, or even the immature name calling. I will resume ignoring the negative behavior the best I can, while also reporting the "positives" AND the "negatives" in Labwire as I see them.

I do reserve the right to repost this message as needed, but hope that the "crew" will get on topic; stay on topic; report both sides of the story; stop with the name calling; stop with the threats; stop with the hypocritical attitudes; and stop with the apparent narcissism.

Of course, I do not think they can or will stop, but just the same that's what I would do if I were them.

Sincerely,

creede

carmelbeach,

have to say you are close to tops on the list. You have posted and reposted my messages time and again, WAY BEYOND what should have been done to make a point. It's very easy to see that you do this in a malicious manner to mock me with the intent to "frighten, intimidate or cause emotional distress". You cannot deny that there are more than enough posts here on this to back that claim.

Furthermore, I have learned more on this topic of posting on these message boards. I seems that they have a TOU for a reason. The TOU sets the parameters of the discussion, and how the forum is to be used, and how it is not to be used. As it turns out, when you go outside the TOU then you are no longer on the topic of the thread, and are immediately at odd with the board itself. You also place yourself in direct risk of lawsuits or prosecution, because you are clearly not within the "legitimate purpose" of the thread.

"The bill broadens the existing harassment law to include sending electronic communications to another person without legitimate purpose and with "malicious intent to frighten, intimidate or cause emotional distress" and as a result, the person is frightened, intimidated or emotionally distressed.

I find it very ironic that I have been asking you fellas for a long time now to stay on topic, and now it seems that your venturing outside the TOU is the very thing that has put you in such an untenable position.

Looks like all this malicious behavior is finally going to catch up with you all.

In the process we are all going to lose our anonymity, but that is a small price to pay.

I will no longer be responding to any of your threats, or name calling, or personal attacks, or mocks, or anything else.

Only response you will see from me from this point forward will be when I post "Noted" in order to keep with the posts that I have printed, and archived.

Sincerely,

creede
