It's happening already as I write this note. The present bottom has been reached and the techs are rallying. Because the drop was so steep and so severe, nobody wants to be out of the market when the prices start rising - just like in October 87. It didn't take long for the crash to be history once investors (or should I say traders?) realized the market wasn't going to go down anymore. From then on it was "Katie, bar the door - lets get on with it" and lets make some money while the making is good!
