The danger in that though is that you get a government that believes that even in non-Armageddon circumstances that the laws dont apply. I agree with you. That is a danger.

I just hate all of these arguments based on everything but the law.>>> That is the beauty of the Obama administration. He is careful to frame everything in a legal structure. He is gentleman and a scholar. He has done his homework. Under the best of circumstances, you are unlikely to come to the same conclusions. But, I am willing to bet that if you spent the time to study the subjects and issues that Obama has, you would probably come to the same conclusions 95% of the time. That is the best that we could expect from pure logic, as we know it. The rest (differences) are based on yours and his life's experiences. I would bet that his life experience are far broader and richer than yours.
