Britt,

Glad to hear that you survived the "whipsaws". By my count most of the bears seem to have done all right. I am like you - mostly in cash, although I did buy some near the money index puts mid last week that have been doing all right so far. I tried to cash in late Monday but could not get through to my broker. So far this looks like a bit of luck since the over night futures appear to be limit down. The way out of the money index puts I bought back in Aug might also turn into something - but one never knows.

What ever happened to Rarebird? He seemed sharp enough to survive this and maybe even prosper.

Hi Britt, welcome back to bear land, glad to hear you made it thru the wars and are counting your blessings on not losing. I'm counting my blessings that I haven't lost everything and have ammo left. We steadfast losing bears who have lost on the July expiration, the August expiration, the September expiration and the August expiration are about to be redeemed in the 5th wave expiration NOVEMBER.

bobby beara says the guy with the ears and tails, wants the all bears to fails.
