If Tianamen Square had happened in the U.S. we would STILL be having "hearings" on it.

I'm not saying the Chinese system is great, I'm just saying it's efficient.

The Chinese aren't like the Russians were with their "10 year plans" in which they tried to control every bit of the economy. Their system is quite a bit like ours was in the early 20th century.
