>>"X is equal treatment"<<

This is why I told Rambi that it is okay to nominate SCOTUS nominees with empathy. We have two hemispheres in our brain, one dedicated to logic and rationality, and another developed for managing feelings.

Equal protection for people has to exist in a context. All people are free to swim so therefore blocking your access to your house by a channel is fine because you can swim to it.

Never mind that you can't swim. Mr. Dickens summed up my view and if legislate from the bench or nullify from the jury is what is required, I'm good with that.

I'll tell you about my quantum mechanical disproof of logic if you want by PM. Logic is a tool, but in the hands of an unskilled craftsman, can easily produce things of logical design that lack compassion and practicality. The Final Solutions are fine if one doesn't care about the human cost.

So, no I'm really not going to discuss the restriction of the right of rich men to beg or live under bridges as examples of Equal Treatment under the law. It is just absurd.
