Sorry LT, no offense to those marine persuaded but my body rejects all that swim or lurk in the marine world. I love to eat, love to cook. Just came back from a local book selling fundraiser with a box full of cook books for $35 but I simply cannot deal with the humble anchovy or anything else up or down its evolutionary scale for a few hundred million years. Maybe Lesters could save that gig for you but I am out!!!!!!!! P.S.. I once used anchovy as bait and caught a 40 lb Blackfin tuna some 25 miles off Bermuda. Sometime after friends and family consumed it I learned from the local fishing shop in Bermuda they had consumed a world record fish. In fact the couple from Mass that had set the record in Bermuda had no interest, so the mounted fish was before me on their wall and paled by comparison at its 38lb and some oz scrawniness :):) I remain perturbed.
