You clearly don't know the meaning of the word "proliferation". We could build a million nuclear weapons for our arsenal and we wouldn't be proliferating nuclear weapons. Its amazing to watch you discuss seemingly authoritatively subjects you don't understand. And being completely ignorant doesn't make you humble, no, you're arrogant about your ignorance. Here's a hint. Try looking up the meaning of "nuclear proliferation" before you accuse the US of it. Words mean things.
