i will keep her in my prayers.. i remember when my wife was having major brain surgery the next morning. that night we prayed for acceptance of whatever the results. I remember signing about twenty forms in the morning releasing the doctor, hospital from law suits.. the possibilities of damages went on and on , page after page.

We were in very early that morning, 5am, i believe to get her to her room for preparation for surgery. At 6am the surgeon came with a following of about five others. He looked at us and asked if she required anything and we replied no we are all set.

Then he came back into the room. He said he was taken back, he never experience a couple so at peace before one of his major operations. We told him we are at peace and have accepted whatever the outcome.

Prayer and acceptance can take a lot off your shoulders and give you the ability to move forward. Throughout the years following that surgery a few would say to me i come to visit to get rejuvenated. It was by her example that social workers , friends would get strength.

I pray that your friends can find that peace.
