I don't. In fact, I think NK would have done the same thing regardless of whether Obama or McCain were in office.

Even if we resurrected Gen. Douglas MacArthur and made him president, NK would do the same thing.

In 2006 North Korea launched 7 missiles, including long range missiles.

Bush responded with a call for diplomacy:

"Diplomacy takes a while," he said, "We're spending time, diplomatically, making sure that voice is unified."


Later that year North Korea detonated a nuclear device.

In 2008 Bush took North Korea off the list of nations which support terrorism.

No i dont but i do think their sabre rattling will get his attention for such a system designed to protect japanese and SK as well as US from long range.
