Since you asked what is improved, I see EPS improved, I see the charge off ratio improved, I see tangible common equity to tangible assets improved, The leverage ratio improved, The tier 1 risk based capital ratio and total risk based capital are well above minimum requirements. It's also true regarding the negatives you sight and net charge offs are terrible. I'll stay away for now at least. I'm wondering if its wise to bite at something that has shown no participation in the rally. Thanks for sharing your thoughts.
