The asian currency crisis will not help CYMI a bit. So far the problem lies inherently in Thailand, Malaysia, and Indonesia. These country currencies have plummetted. If this disease spreads into Taiwan, Korea, and Japan, we will have a problem. Taiwan and Korea may delay semiconductor plant expansion due to expensive processing equipment from USA. Delay expansion will push out orders and CYMI will not see its growth maximize in 1998. If I were you I pay close attention to the exchange rate of US dollars to Japan, Korea, and Taiwan currency. So far I still don't know whether the market crash around the world is an anomally or chronic. If it is an anomally then it will return to normal soon and this might your chance to pick up some cheap stocks.

In a downturn market, everything corrects, even CYMI. CYMI's P/E will adjust accordingly. Get your cash ready in case if CYMI drops further. Good luck.
