You didn't. And skeeter's posts are not worth reading. Dude, I don't care about john templeton. I also have no argument with those who say housing will drop 60% from peak. Now, if you want to re-parse your statement that "a repeal of prop. 13 will cause a 600k house to drop to 200k and a repeal of exclusions will make it drop to 150k," into a general statement of where housing is headed that is fine with me. No need to continue this conversation, although I'm sure you'll be back in a few months saying something very similar, like a Broken_Clock.
