Hmm, looks like it's time for a sun-spot prediction update along with the "experts". <The peak which will occur in July 2012 [the smoothed peak, not the actual greatest number of sunspots necessarily] will be slightly lower than the cycle leading to the 1812 minimum when Germany [EDIT sic - obviously muddled with the invasions, that one was Napoleon of course] was ruined in Russia. ih.fotothing.com ... This northern winter is cold, but the winter of 2017 is going to be seriously cold. > So, here is my official latest prediction: Peak of 60 sun spots [smoothed curve] July 2013 with the minimum reached December 2018.
