actually, it does go a long way. too bad that alan greenspan and the other government bureaucrats don't understand it or they just tossed it as it got in the way of their short term self interest.

you have to take a class before you can teach it. i went to a pac10 school and earned a 4.0 in econ 101.

heck, i've even showed you the error of your ways - you now believe, correctly, that housing prices will drop more quickly if property taxes are increased.

as for the ad hominem, you aren't in kindergarten anymore. it is about time to move beyond that mentality.
