The trade center suffered a major attack once before it was demolished.

Those issues are less significant than they once were except in making comparative claims of one US leader to another, which is really not constructive.

They shared common enemies, otherwise no one connects them. One agenda of Al-Quaida is to have Muslim leaders who are not fundamentalists removed, by assassination if need be. Attacking Muslim countries or government entities to expand their influence does not distinguish AQ from Saddam.
