what has JNJ brought to investors lately?

I never buy stocks looking at what they have done in the past. Who cares whether it went up, down or sideways? I am not going to chase momentum or buy something just because it is falling. The question is what is it valued at and what are the future prospects.

I am not saying that there are no small caps and foreign stocks cheaper than JNJ. Of course there are. In fact JNJ is still not in my top 5 positions. However if someone suggests a pick that is worse in almost every measure than JNJ, I will always wonder why they did not buy JNJ instead. :)
