If you have a link, Dale, I'd love to see which scriptures were chosen and whether any context was given. I can't even imagine having Biblical quotes on the cover of an intelligence briefing.....especially anything from Ezekiel. Although the Defense Dept. would have loved to build the machine described by Ezekiel in one of his first visions. It could move backward, forward, up and down in a flash of light always obsured by a dust bank (I think). Too funny.
