I'd disagree with his defense to the extent that I think of her decision as incorrect.

I can imagine a situation where her decision follows the constitution very well and the SC's didn't. But I don't really think that is what happened here. And absent a reason to think otherwise I'd count the overturned decisions against Sotomoyar.

But to be fair to her, its not like I've analyzed her decisions to any great extent.
