City of 50k.................only requires a 2 year degree and is a paper pusher...............very little supervision of staff..............pretty much files various docs. Our city manager retired after making sure that everyone here made 15% above all other cities our size..............claimed he would attract the best help. He padded his own salary right before retiring and that helps what he draws on his pension. He took a 40k raise right before he retired.
