"lagging" is possible. Depending on how that is defined. My teleco screen though is all green. PFE is one that's not participating today. Maybe now at under $15/sh., it's time to buy this one. I'll try again with a few share buy. My record with this stock is not good. finance.yahoo.com

I'm not so sure ABT is a favorite here and it's not a stock I would personally buy. But some pretty good investors where I work have orders in GTC to buy at lower levels. Good Co, I think but with a tangible book value of 14 cents a share, it sure looks like alot of the intangibles and goodwill are already more than satisfactorily priced in.
