I know they are composite but have to believe they have some way of protecting their electronics. I mean lightening strikes are not that uncommon.

My problem with them is they have parts like their tale that fall off at times. When I had a man I know who is a commercial pilot tell me upon asking him about the tail thing that he will not fly on an airbus and he won't allow his family to fly one either. He also tells everyone he knows to stay off the Airbus if at all possible.

I just booked a trip to Vegas for my 30th anniversary this November and the flights were booked based on the plane being a Boeing since NWA flies both.
