The ONLY cases which can be reversed are the ones on appeal....

Did they really claim that 60% of ALL of Sotomayor's decisions were reversed, or just 60% of those which were appealed?

They just simply let it hang out there with that "isn't she shockingly incompetent?" cynical delivery they are so good at...and without the qualifiers it sounds shocking until you realize that 75% is the average, and that's not shocking at all until you consider that the court only takes on cases for which the verdict is controversial...typical of the distortions these guys put out there day after day. Of course only cases that are reviewed can be upheld or reversed...that's just silly talk by inode and jlallen, trying to distract the conversation.
