My matter had nothing to do with real estate. He may be using it for everything he notarizes when he doesn't have to. He did mention that most customers were in about some tax assessment issue, not a real estate conveyance or transfer, and that he had been told to use it for that too. He did not seem happy about it. ARS I had done a quick google search and found nothing, so thanks for the blog. The first entry has the form he used if you click read more. He may have just doing the paaive aggressive thing applying it to everybody.
