pro-choice about the other aspects of abortion besides "women's rights."

I get that part!

Along those lines (but not quite) I'm always struck by the pro-choice, anti-drug position, since the argument for one applies very well to the other.

Or the anti-abortion, pro death penalty combination.
Or the pro-abortion, anti death penalty combo.

But then some saying about consistency and small minds pops up.

I think a women has the absolute right to do whatever she wants but the other side is some education about the physical and psychological damage from the procedure she should be aware of.

It is certainly not a good thing to be popping off doctors who do the procedure. I don't think these doctors/technicians should be put on a pedestal as medical heroes. They are just trying to make a buck and do not deserve accolades.

Has anyone here ever talked to someone that is pro-choice about some of the other difficult aspects of abortion?

Funny you should mention this because it's exactly what I did this morning with a new guy that I've been training.... I made a bunch of points about life for women after abortion thinking if he was aware of the repercussions he might rethink his pro-choice position....... not a chance. He chose to diminish the examples I gave as out of the norm. In other words, he stuck his head further into the sand....
