"Winning elections must eventually become a goal of the GOP." But winning elections is not the F'ing point -- the welfare of the nation is! Winning elections is not too difficult given your philosophy -- have the backing of the press and then simply rob Peter to pay Paul. Anyone with a room-temperature IQ, or higher, must recognize that both major political parties are rotten to their core; both have subordinated national interests to their myopic political ambitions. The parasites are now killing their host. Good luck to 'em both.
