If you're going to use CAPITALS to emphasize a quote, it's a good idea to revisit the original source to ensure its accuracy.

I have agreed with those, who say that the (unexceptional) point she was trying to make could have been better expressed at the time.
But if the best critique of her you can come up with is this single line from eight years ago - even taken out of the full context which mitigates any offense it might conceivably give to those of thin skins - then it's a pretty poor critique.
