Sure, fraud is a problem. I'm still ruminating about all this, not sure exactly why I can't shake this uneasy feeling. Maybe we could just cut to the chase and get fitted for a straight jacket at birth, be done with it, humans being such messy critters. Of course we would need an ubber straight jacket maker to oversee the regular straight jacket makers. One of those 'right kind of people'. Matryoshka dolls come to mind.
