One statement is a quote, the other is a paraphrase. The paraphrase is stronger than the quote, but the meaning in the paraphrase is in the quote as well.

I am not making any argument other than the statement I linked you too. If you have a response to that I would be interested. I speak only for myself as does Brummar. I was merely pointing out to you that the L word is inapplicable in this case, as is your comment about lack of balls.
