Kenneth, just look at all the douche bags that have passed the bar and you will realize it doesn't take a genius to pass. I have heard of people who never completed and some who have never attended law school who passed the Bar exam. It isn't like we are discussing a hard science or medical school. While I am sure it isn't a simple test, I am quite certain it isn't the difficult test you put it up to be. I have known attorneys even dumber than you who have passed the BAR. I think your problem is you passed a bar once and never passed a bar anywhere you went ;^)
