10th Amendment to the US Constitution: “ The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."

It is up to EACH State to make sure their voter rolls are filled with people who are qualified to vote, including they are to be a US Citizen.

Why would the Feds prohibit a State from doing the job they are commanded to do? (Other than the current Feds want the votes, no matter what they have to do to get them...)
