Just as 9/11 happened on HIS watch, If you were fair if you thought Bush caused 9/11 because it happened on his watch then you would blame Obama for the depression because it happened on his watch. But the fact is 9/11 happened because the Clinton Administration stripped the CIA. The depression is caused from too many high interest loans to poor people who could not afford it. The Republicans tried to fix FM&FM and Barney said that they didn't need fixing.
