Last bear market on the venture exchange I got stuck with many two cent POS's in my bagholdbag and added to many of those positions. More than a few of them went to a buck and some even higher, took a few years but it wasn't worth selling them for chump change and I ended up making huge profits. Messina and Golden Chalice were my biggest scores and owned huge amount of shares. Of course I didn't sell them all at the top and at the end still owned a few shares that ended up as bagholds. Same thing after 1987 but I can't remember the names. Point is that after huge bear markets there are always diamonds in the rough that rise form the ashes. Just stick to the guys that have been around through a few of the tough times as they always seems to figure out a new angle to make a buck. Just look how many cheap POS's were turned into tech plays during the tech boom and were trading 10-20 times what they were when they were peddling moose pasture....
