I agree John, When a stock is already at bargain prices then NEW money can be attracted to these stocks because the thinking is that of a BOTTOM FISHER. This new money should flow into these type stocks. As I stated on the Fonar thread this morning, this Asain money will be looking for a place to invest to get the same rate of return as they are accustom. WHERE ELSE will they be able to do this OTHER than in US STOCKS? US STOCKS are strong and the economy is strong, this should be an attraction. So, my thinking is that in a few weeks or months this may very well set our stocks on YET ANOTHER BULL RUN!! These are only my perceptions, yours are welcome.
