same here - trying to break the cycle - surfing at sewer outlets, jumping off bridges, etc. - brother pops off once in a while and you hear a HEY!!! watch it! I was slightly feral. Kids are straight A, hard working and I'm trying to keep them on track. Whereas I've done OK - the world has changed, they have new and different challenges coming from 2 billion Asians in the East...not to forget the economy is sinking rather than rising. The 50's and 60's were a great time for a kid with a bike, skate board, hand made skim board, surfboard and soccer ball, etc. - have tried to shares some of that with them, but times have changed, it's different now. Thank you. You just inspired me to take the kids down to the beach to roast hot dogs at sunset.
