They did...that is what they said. Of course one has to explain to morons like you and their listeners that the SCOTUS can only reverse cases they take on...but that's' part of their deception...unfortunately they are talking to idiots...

Rush did yesterday I heard him. Of course first he said she had been reversed 60%, and under his breath by the supremes, but later just said she was reversed 60%.

Intentionally deceptive. Not remarkable... intentionally deceptive is the rule not the exception with Rush.
